Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all our offers, deliveries and other services, including all future business relations, even if not explicitly and separately stipulated or deviating conditions are unknown.
Payment and Prices
Payment for all goods or services is due 14 days from invoice date. Unless otherwise agreed, the price of the goods or services set out in the agreed upon order is binding wich may include services related to the delivery (packaging, shipment), charges, taxes and other effort costs. SCOPESRUS, LLC reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Offers in effect at time of order shall prevail. New customers who do not have an approved registration shall pay for the goods in advance, unless other payment terms are agreed. SCOPESRUS, LLC reserves the right to delay the order until the payment is received.
Qualified Purchasing
SCOPESRUS, LLC sells products only to medical service providers, medical facilities, educational and government institutions and to customers that sell or lease these products to the aforementioned.
Delivery and Returns
All delivery costs shall be charged according to the invested effort (e.g. expenses), unless other delivery terms are agreed. The customer assumes the risk from the moment the dispatch is handed over to the transport by postal service or private transport companies. The delivery must be carefully inspected immediately upon receipt and any transport damage then evident must be noted. It is necessary to state which circumstances caused the damage in the perspective of the recipient. Claims for compensation due to late delivery, even after expiry of agreed-upon dates and deadlines, are excluded. Exclusion does not apply when the delay has been caused by intent or gross negligence. If the ordered goods will be returned or cancelled, SCOPESRUS, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee amount of 15% of the ordered goods. Any returns need to be in written form within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Warranty
All repairs are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of invoice. Other offers advertised on our website shall have their warranty on the product category or individual description.
The warranties provided by SCOPESRUS, LLC will be void and shall not apply if:
- items damage caused by user error or negligence,
- any repairs are attempted or performed by third-party,
- failure resulting from or caused by improper assembly or equipment misuse.
SCOPESRUS, LLC is not responsible for any repair, service expenses or any other costs or lost profits incurred by customer due to a warranted item.
Preparation of Instruments and Equipment Prior to Routine Maintenance or Repair
ALL instruments and equipment must be completely decontaminated prior to sending in for routine maintenance or repair work.
